Baltic E-Commerce Summit is organized by Äripäev niche web site kaubandus.ee. This conference is focused on omni-channel customer experience, m-commerce. We talk about innovative payment solutions, and how to manage delivery and returns.

BALTIC E-COMMERCE AWARD

For the second time in the history, the Baltic e-commerce awards will be given out.

The jury evaluates all e-shops based on the following criteria

  • User experience in all platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet)
  • Overall design
  • Overall user experience, the ease of use
  • How easy it is to find information about delivery and return?
  • Customer service via phone/email/chat, the speed of response;
  • Presentation of products/services (quality of photos and illustrations)
  • Quality of copywriting
  • The ease and  speed of purchasing process (how much customer information is needed, etc)
  • Security of the site

The awards are given in the following categories:

  • HEALTH AND BEAUTY
  • GENERAL DEPARTMENT STORES

The jury will comment the best (and the worst) in live during the conference!
