Baltic M&A and Private Equity is the nr 1 networking event for the Baltic M&A industry and market participants interested in the region.

The common theme this year is putting capital to good use. There is a new generation of significant wealth accumulating in the Baltics, including family offices and successful start-up founders. Remarkably, this capital is searching both for great business opportunities and a meaningful mission.

The 2022 focus topics will be:

Since its launch in 2010, the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum has developed an excellent reputation among private equity and venture capital funds, investment bankers, advisers, company managers and shareholders, bringing together this year in april 200+ participants. 

As a networking event, the forum offers a platform for making contacts, finding business opportunities, sharing experience, and spending good time.

Many participants have asked when they will receive a conference ticket. We have sent an information letter to all registrants which is a confirmation of your participation, and we will not send a separate ticket. Entrance to the conference venue is according to the list of participants.

If your plans have changed and you need to cancel your participation or you feel any symptoms of a disease and you would prefer to follow the webcast of the conference, please let us know by writing to [email protected] .
Cancellation terms:
14 or more days before the event > full refund
13-7 days before the event > 50% refund
Less than 7 days > no refund

By participating in the conference, the guest agrees that he / she will be filmed / photographed and these images will be used in our promotional materials without compensation.

How to get to the Cruise Terminal?

Please check HERE or HERE how to find the cruise terminal to get there at the right time. On the territory of the old harbour we will mark the walkway to the venue with flags and posters. The entrance to the cruise terminal is on the ground level not from the promenade.

Parking. The Europark parking lot EP195 is located at Logi 6, which is freely accessible, price 6 eur / 24h.

Practical information

Participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements. It takes only up to 30 minutes to get from the airport to the city center by taxi, and vice versa. However, during certain hours (between 4-6 p.m. on business days) it would be advisable to plan for longer travel times in case of traffic jams. The estimated fare for the taxi ride would be around 8-10 Euros.
