Traditional management, including budgeting, is often too slow and too bureaucratic in today’s dynamic business environments. We need more agile and more human ways of leading and managing.

Beyond Budgeting is a proven, successful management model designed to handle today’s business and people realities.

The trainer Bjarte Bogsnes, Chairman of the Beyond Budgeting Roundtable, has more than twenty years of hands-on experience from heading up Beyond Budgeting implementation in two large international organizations, Borealis and Statoil.

Target audience
General Managers, Finance, HR, Lean & Agile coaches.

Goal of the training
Enable participants to lead or participate in a Beyond Budgeting implementation, helping the organization to solve its problems with traditional management and outperform the competition.

Learning outcomes
  • A better understanding of the systematic nature of the problems with traditional management
  • A thorough insight into Beyond Budgeting; the background, the philosophy and the 12 principles

Conditions for participation

One week before the training day, we will send you an e-mail reminder about upcoming training.

Participation in the training is nominal, but you can change the name of the participant free of charge until the start of the training program. If you are unable to participate for any reason, please let us know via e-mail to [email protected] or by phone 667 0439. If you notify your absence up to a week before the start of the entire training program, we refund 100% of the cost of the paid training; if you notify at least 3 working days in advance, we will refund 50%. Otherwise, the invoice is due to be paid.
