Even experienced project managers often face the same recurring challenges – project tasks take longer than planned, unexpected extra activities arise, and constant changes make you wonder whether this is normal or if there’s a smoother way to handle it all. A single miscalculation during the planning or execution phase of a project inevitably leads to extra time spent on solving problems, increased stress, and in worse cases, additional financial costs or losses.
This training will provide you with more in-depth project management skills, help you find solutions to problems encountered in your projects, and equip you with a wider range of tools and tips for managing projects successfully.
The aim of the course is to provide participants with additional skills and techniques for better project planning and smoother execution.
Target Audience:
This course is intended for individuals who already have experience managing different types of projects and who want to further refine and enhance their project management skills. The goal is to carry out projects more efficiently, effectively, and ultimately with less stress.
Recommended prerequisites: Completion of the Practical Project Management Training – Basic Level training is required prior to attending.

Anneli is a project leader and trainer with over 20 years of experience in managing high-impact projects. Her largest project to date has been World Cleanup, which in 2019 involved 21 million people across 180 countries. In addition, she has led numerous environmental and other projects in Estonia. She holds a Master's degree in Economics in Marketing and a Master's degree in Social Sciences in Change Management from the University of Tartu.
