Advanced Practical Project Management Training

Advanced Practical Project Management Training

Kestus:

18 academic hours

Even experienced project managers often face the same recurring challenges – project tasks take longer than planned, unexpected extra activities arise, and constant changes make you wonder whether this is normal or if there’s a smoother way to handle it all. A single miscalculation during the planning or execution phase of a project inevitably leads to extra time spent on solving problems, increased stress, and in worse cases, additional financial costs or losses.

This training will provide you with more in-depth project management skills, help you find solutions to problems encountered in your projects, and equip you with a wider range of tools and tips for managing projects successfully.

The aim of the course is to provide participants with additional skills and techniques for better project planning and smoother execution.

Target Audience:

This course is intended for individuals who already have experience managing different types of projects and who want to further refine and enhance their project management skills. The goal is to carry out projects more efficiently, effectively, and ultimately with less stress.

Recommended prerequisites: Completion of the Practical Project Management Training – Basic Level training is required prior to attending.

As a result of the training, participants will:

  • have in-depth knowledge of project planning and execution;
  • know and be able to avoid the most common project management problems;
  • be able to use various project management tools as needed.

Methodology:

The training includes lectures with numerous practical examples, discussions, group work, and individual tasks.

Note: Please bring your own laptop to the training. If this is not possible, please contact us by email at [email protected] (no later than 3 working days before the start of the training).
