Project management is an everyday part of our lives, regardless of what we do. Whether it's launching a campaign, organising a conference or summer event, developing a new product or software solution – or even, on a personal level, implementing a new habit – our lives consist of many small projects that must be completed with the resources available and within set deadlines. So how do we plan and manage projects in a way that everything runs smoothly – avoiding constant “firefighting” and allowing us to enjoy the laurels of success at the end?
This project management training is designed to provide foundational knowledge and a practical toolkit for anyone looking to confidently initiate and manage new projects.
